<link href='http://lvztest.webs.com/ND/NDParanodeFavicon.ico' rel='icon' type='image/vnd.microsoft.icon'/>in the html part of the site, above the </head> tag to get the favicon to work.

Doesn't appear, you have to add it between:
< title > < data:blog.pageTitle / > < / title >
and
<![CDATA[/*
